Auto Injuries

A person or their estate, injured or killed in an automobile accident can potentially sue for the injuries and damages sustained. Each state has different laws which may effect the parties sued and the damages which can be obtained.

Compensation can be based on fault, no-fault, or a blend of each. Different laws may apply depending upon several factors including the exact nature of the accident, the location of the accident, the residency of the parties, and the negligence involved.

It is critically important that those individuals seeking compensation on behalf of themselves or others carefully communicate with a competent attorney who is interested in representing them. Only with competent representation will the legal rights of the parties be fairly determined.

One portion of automobile litigation is to carefully determine the exact extent of the injuries, both now and in the future. Dr. Grysen has extensive experience in this particular area of automobile related injuries.
